It is a faith where the way to faith or enlightenment comes not from the following or ritual but from gradually and internal self reflection and understanding.

Yes, it's about removing obstructions to our natural state of being by realising the illusory nature of what we normally identify as our true selves. I don't think it's based on faith at all, which is based on concepts, but on direct, inner experience (meditation)

Religion is just one way humans gather and worship. I was born Muslim, but now I'm agnostic. Just take the good from ALL religions and leave the rest. All the people in religion has something to offer the world. Be good to yourself, be good to others, and I hope everyone will be good all the time, if that's possible.
