I thought this was good, just wanted to share. When we are "in depression" we do forget to look up.

"Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift
to that person, a beautiful thing."
    ~ Mother Teresa

Researchers have discovered that smiling increases our feelings of
happiness and well-being whether we are the benefactor or the
recipient, and even whether the smile is genuine or fake. Highly
contagious, smiling serves to build a bridge between us and those
around us and is the accepted and universal language of love and
kindness and peace. So it appears that when you smile, your world
really does smile with you. As Mother Teresa said, it truly is "a
    beautiful thing."

The person who does DBT therapy told me something like that, about when you smile it lets of chemicals that give you feelings of happiness, with some people it takes ALOT od smilining though, wait come to think of it he was talking about smiling and laughing.

anyway, thanks so much for sharing it, you are very kind-hearted hun.
