I was wondering generally about problem solving in the mind. Is it something that is internal or external? Should we be looking for happiness within or change our exterior surroundings. Jim Carrey once said something about everyone having a flaw, a grain of sand in the oyster and people base their personality around it. Should we look to eradicate flaws or own them? I am just so confused as to how to approach life, it all just seems such effort and too easy for everyone else.

You need to accept you hun all of you flaws and all no one is perfect hun Yes you can try to change your surroundings definetly to better ones that will help you cope Until you are happing with yourself internally then changing your surrounding will only help for a short while . Look within get therapy to help heal parts of you that have been injured inside
