something to ease arthritis

My uncle's sister is an alternative medicine healer and gave me this tip for arthritis.

Get some bicarbonate of soda and add to a bowl of hot water, the water should only be as hot as u can stand to put hands or feet in.
Leave hands or feet in the bowl for about half an hour, topping up the water if it starts to get cold.

Apparently bicarb extracts acid, so eases the acid around your joints.... who knew :blink:

Well there's a thought :ohmy: have absolutely no idea, when i see my uncle I'll get him to ask his sister.
