Songs that move you, in a good way.

I find that many "happy" songs just make me crawl deeper into despair, to see others being happy, rubbing it in my face, and I'm sure that there are others like me. So, a thread with good songs, but not the "LIFE IS GOOD I AM HAPPY YAAAAAAAAAAAY!" kind. Yes, some songs can be considered sad by those who're constantly in a good mood, but for those of us who're not in a plastic bubble, they're not. Not directly trying to brighten your day, but moving you away from despair. Maybe refreshes you. Or, at the very least, distracting you. Yes, they're all metal, but they all have clean vocals, and aren't that heavy, if that's not you thang.

The first two are similar, in the theme. Fantasy "I wanna escape and be awesome". Both by Savage Circus, from the album Dreamland Manor. Power Metal.

The first one, Tommorowland, always brings tears to my eyes, because it, due to lack of better words, moves me.

The second one, Beyond Reality, always gives me goosebumps. It's slower, more melodic, and less specific.

The third one, Wings of Serenity, is by Falconer, from their album of the same name. It's praising the falcon, it's flight, and praying to fly with it. Beautiful and calming. Also Power Metal.

Fourth one, The Ministry of Lost Souls. Abit sadder than the others, it's also beautiful, and, if you listen to/read the lyrics, is actually "good". It's, as far as I can tell, 'bout a woman waiting for a man who saved her life, and is possibly her father, while refusing to die. I think she's in a coma, not sure. Either way, it's touching. Progressive Metal.

Fifth, and last one, for now, is Fiddler on the Green, by Demons&Wizards. It was written after a guy was witness to a car crash, and is strangely supportive. Basically a "Let me help you" thing. It starts out slowly, like the rest, then ramps up and shouts calmness and warmth at you. ("Just hold my hand/ I'll take you there/ Your pain will go away") Power Metal.

Now post yours. Although I know there'll be some "bad" music, I can't expect everyone to like these songs. But all I ask is that there are no "LIFE IS GOOD I AM HAPPY YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY TOO BECAUSE ALL YOU NEED IS TO SAY YOU'RE HAPPY AND THEN YOU'RE HAPPY AND LIFE IS GOOD : D : D : D" songs in this thread. They sicken me, and just pushes one further into bitter melancholy.
