I am off to my appointment with my sepcialist (Ruematologist)....I was suppose to lose 10 pounds by the time I saw jim and it's been 2 months or so, and the nurse at the area mental healthy has been keeping up with my weight loss and she said I have all together I lost 21 pounds. but for some weird reason when I look at myself I look like I have gained weight but even my jeans are really baggy.

Anyway, wish me luck!

He said it was a good start and I needed to keep it up, but he didn't want to up my Flexaril because he wanted to see if me losing weight would help, but I was skinnier when the syptems started so I don't know, but I about flipped out with my Agoraphobia, because my mother car went out, and I thought of crap, stuck in a town we don't know and I forgot my cell....but it started up later, thank God.....

But I got some clothes, and they actually fit me...yay! anywho....thought I'd update the post..

Take care all..

Carolyn I know just what u mean..I've lost over 3 stone thats 42 pounds and even tho my cloths don't fit, I look in the mirror and think I look fatter than ever.

Guess the weight has gone from places I didn't need to lose it

Either that or I am just not seeing the loss.

Keep going hun and hopefully we'll both be sending each other pics of us looking like Twiggy !!!
