    Iv never been the one to suffer from spots really, but last couple of months.. since i hav'nt been eating proper.. i have noticed im getting spots, i try and eat once a day.. and drink 4 litres of water a day..

    im trying so hard to eat more fruit and veg...trying to eat anything at the moment is a mission within its self...

    but as they say you are what you eat.. and i guess its showing on my face

    Try taking vitamin capsules hun. Even better,take pure vitamin C capsules. They will clear up your skin in no time :)

    it could be that your body is trying to get rid of any toxins it may have in it. as said before, vitamin C and sunnnnn is good :)

    I very rarely get spots (but when I do they seem to hang around for ages :() and I have a really crap diet...takeaways etc.

    I take one multi-vitamin and one extra vitamin c daily(ish).
