sun scattered kisses within sweet dark
authentic designs of a walk in the park
abstract pictures paint in my mind
stars shining brightly cover me blind

    still alone

shamefully lurking upon a brick wall
the one that's not there watching her fall
bruises still lie upon her face
holding her heart in utter disgrace

    still alone

shine like the sun, rise once again
and so she does swallowing the pain
don't let go of what's left of your heart
this is not the end but only the start

    still alone

follow the shadows of the night fall
keep clear keep open hearing them call
don't whisper be silent for nothing is lost
but you and your soul that's all it will cost

    Still alone

Take my hand, show me the way
Tell me what's right day after day
Keep my heart, wear it around you neck
because it's your well last time i checked
