but can you get addicted to gossip/news?

weird question i know but i'm from a council estate and i'm part of the 'popular' crowd so i always know the gossip/news of our local area. These days i get mad when i can't afford The Sun newspaper, yer, 20p that i just don't have on me everyday, so instead i go on the website and read the stories. I have to log on everyday and read the stories, nothing really happens if i don't log on but for some reason i feel i have to.

It irritates me because i'll read a story and find a name of someone who's story sounds familiar, i'll search and search that name on google, read all te stories i can, even if i know that they're going to trigger me.

maybe i'm just nosy...i am a nosy person but this goes a bit far doesn't it?

You can generally get addicted to anything in this world even if it's just gossip. Im the same way. If someone says something to me I have to be like what/who/where/when/why/how?! It's not bad if you aren't harming anyone :)
