Hi, I am suffering from blurred vision and often have headaches. I fear it is some transient disorder, but it could be something more serious. Can someone suggest me as to what to do? Your suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

The only way to tell for sure is to go to your doctor about it. Better safe than sorry, as they say. Good luck,

I think a opticians opinion is probably best.

However the following can cause temporary blurred vision and or headaches...
    Alcohol consumption
    Lack of sleep
Not taking a "time out" from computer or TV screens (Eye strain)
    Many types of medication
High blood pressure (Caused by something temporary like stress)
Bad diet, Not eating enough food / Eating far too much sugar
    Dehydration

There are other causes but its best to see an opticians, and if need be a doctor. I had headaches that lasted 4 weeks at a time caused by high blood pressure. Ironically :)laugh:) my headaches caused me to tense up causing more high blood pressure and headaches. A short course a tablets broke the cycle for me and glasses help me from getting the headaches in the first place.

Good luck and hope you feel better soon!
