@seabird ... there are no words. Do even these words generate any comfort? One thing that has helped me along the way (in this past year) is to stop internalizing the "why" question.
For me I've discovered that it's OK to speak the "why" question, but it's absolutely toxic to internalize the "why" question. I am happy to share with you I've successfully removed this personal toxin.
