Daily. Some days it's pretty intense, other days it is a passing thought. Some days I have to do what stranger1 does, lay down in a quiet room and get through it.

I think things such as "I wish I were dead" or "I shouldn't of been born" daily, but only imagine methods and carrying it out in my head occasionally.

How often are sufferig of suicide thoughts?

Daily? monthly?
anymore? these days? at the young impressionable youthful age of
51 soon to be 52? not at all anymore. not to say, I aint a miserable sod.

or that I'm "holier than thou" and wouldn't DREAM of something lile that
when life is so WONDERFUL and full of JOY and HAPPINESS...no no,
none o' that bit.

for me at 51, soon to be 60, 70, 80, that's optomistic ay? I figure,
pfffttt, what's the dif? my docs been feedin me labrat meds for years.

and who's to say? without them, I might be a whole whole REAL lot
worse. I don't know. I take my little happy pill every day. and
considering where I was before, in a relative sense the happy pills
seem to work.

be interesting to try em out on someone with a fighting chance in the
first place.

no suicidal thoughts. lots of misery, anger, hopelessness and I guess
a very warped sense of humor that keeps it all in the air, like
juggling chainsaws or something.
