  1. Surreal
    is the tangible
    you cannot feel,
    where sight is blind
    for too much to see
    This truth
    a false reality,
    appearance a mirage
    blurred edge of this horizon
    mind not grasping
    confusion never-ending
Surely this is all a dream
    but no,
    it will not leave
    and there’s nothing to believe
    but you are trapped
    in this, illusion
    mocking sanity
    antithesis of lucidity
with no other witness in this haze
    but delirium, in endless days
full overflowing for one mind to take,
all too unkind for a mind to make sense
    of Too Much…

I love it when poems include some words I don't understand, it makes them even more appealing. I like it! (and yes, I did understand it! :) )
  5. Thanks Y'all.

"Yes! my mind feels like oil and water."
Ohhhhhh, that is SO perfect - just precisely what it feels like...

Always, always, so perfectly descriptive and lovely to read aloud. What a gift you have, just wish you didn't have to feel this way to express such sadness and emptiness...
