    Well, the past week I have been laying out in my backyard quite a bit and tanning(its been really nice here in north texas) and I gotta say, its helped my mood quite a bit. I think I will keep this up, anyone else notice this?

    getting out in the sun can do wonders for your mood, just like exercise. just remember dont spend too much time in the sun!!
