So, I'm thinking of getting another tattoo. When I got my first one (the love hearts) I wanted to get something to do with my Nan but I thought it would look stupid. I found this the other day

It's the chinese symbol for the word "Nan" and I wondered what people thought about it as a tattoo?

it's pronounced "nam" in cantonese, and "nan" in mandarin. It's a name of this certain type of tree. thick leaves, little flowers, it's got a nice smell to it, it's used for pretty stuff, like expensive furniture. 楠 is commonly used in names, like how some people are named Rose.

    i say it's great for a tattoo =]

    (This is mah honest opinion.)

I think that the Chinese/Japanese symbols are really, really over done. They're just kind of like a trend. :dunno:
