Yep. That is the time. I tried my usual routine of lying in bed not doing anything, hoping that just this time it might work. Alas, my preconceptions were correct and yet again I found myself drawn to the laptop. I tried something a couple weeks back called 'Lucid Dreaming' you have to rest your body down enough so you can control your own dreams. It worked for a couple nights after a few weeks of practice... Then nothing. I resorted back to my sleeping pills but I can't take them with alcohol, which I have had earlier this evening. It kinda sucks to be honest. Has anyone else tried Lucid Dreaming? What happened?
