    Anyone else terrified for thanksgiving?

As a somewhat recovered bulimic, a holiday dedicated to socially acceptable binging is completely daunting.

My primary goal is to not purge, and my secondary goal is to eat mindfully. I'm trying to accept that I will eat more than usual tomorrow - it is unavoidable. If I accept and plan for an increased calorie intake, I'm hoping I will be able to still feel in control and prevent binge/purge episodes.

Anyone else have any worries or goals they want to share?

To anyone celebrating thanksgiving tomorrow - good luck! *HUGS*

(I should wear this sign on my forehead tomorrow :troll: , )

Canadian Thanksgiving was awhile ago but I did pretty good!
It's all a matter of eating *some* and not wolfing down everything in sight just because it's there--- so have a bit of restraint and enjoy the food!

Eat until you are full- not bloated.

    Good luck, everyone!
