I am! I study seven hours a day + tutoring. Hopefully it'll pay off.

I don't really have anything, but I'm a university student who was not on the top of my class in high school, but am now. You're doing it wrong. You're working too hard to not get stellar grades - you are working ineffectively. You need to try to fix your work habits, because you can't just brute-force it like in high school. Completely overhaul what you're doing. Just doing more will just frustrate you more.

guilty consciences creeping up on me telling me that my solution to the problem is the problem itself, blackmail basically.

Why don't you do something about it?

because somehow i think that its my own fault, but i'm working to change that

An un-employed dreamer.

Wasted time and opportunities.

Why don't you do something about it?

Can't turn back the clocks but I am planning on making a mends on those missed opportunities i.e. going back to College and studying the right subjects for GCSE, hopefully getting an A - C in all five and then taking on two A-Levels... hopefully going onto a PhD after - whilst earning an income as I'm 18 now and need to start making my own money... rather than leaching off the bank of Dad.
