the cutting doesn't work anymore

    what other fucked up methods do we use to numb the depression?

    I take hell lot of sleeping pills and fall
    But i guess that is not the kind of method you are looking for

    I smoke shit loads of weed till I fall asleep at least that is the plan everynight but its now 6:41 in the morning and I am still awake so the answer is nothing there is nothing you can do to numb the pain nothing will actually ever numb the pain.

    I draw. I cut, I burn, too. But I still draw sometimes.

    I used to smoke a lot of pot and drink whenever I could, but at this point I'm so used to the pain in my head I don't care anymore and just go about my day trying to stay as distracted as possible.

    I usually cry my heart out til I get tired of it. Or I drink. Or I listen to my Songs for the Depressed playlist. Or I simply do nothing. It's really up to you how to deal with depressed times. As long as it's the right way.
