I suffer from bi-polar disorder and it's pretty bad my moods are uncontrollable no matter what medication I take and now it's caused my fiancé to leave me now the depression has hit me so hard I wande around aimlessly wondering why I'm still here I honestly just want to shut my eyes and not wake up I don't have anyone that I can open up to Iv taken so many pills over the past few days I just want it to be over

every day seems to only get darker but, never give up. give yourself goals everyday and live with a purpose. anyone can overcome any obsitcle put in their way. God has a plan and purpose for everyone. be positive and keep yourself active.
