The depression is progressing

    Things just keep slowly getting worse. My sleeping habits are completely wruined at the moment. Today I woke up at 7.30 PM. I stay up all night and then fall asleep at about 11 AM. Been like this for about 2 weeks now. This sucks. I need some tips to either fall asleep now, or some motivation to man up and stay awake all of tomorrow during the day.

    Ok I just read the thread below. I'm going to try drinking lots of warm milk with milo
