1. I throw up at least one time a day, most of the time its 3 times a day.
2. I walk almost every day an hour and i cycle almost every day an hour, really active person these past weeks.
3. I binge every day, so I'm not really losing weight.
4. One week I lose 7 pounds, the next week i gain 7 pounds, fucking going on like this for weeks, one of the reasons is because of my anti-depressivia meds, who make you hungry.
5. i guess 90% of the time i think about food, my weight, exercising, sporting, diets, throwing up and all that shit
