Just wanted to chime in and agree with what everyone has said. I am so sorry for the hurt you are feeling. I also want to agree with others that in no way did you fail her, you took good care of her at great personal cost while you had her and when you let her go. You saw what she needed and you took care of it even though it hurt you greatly. Any horse is lucky to have an owner/friend like that.
