  1. The Procrastination Poem

Alas, here I sit and thoughtfully write,
in order to describe my plight
    So long as I do,
my chores are out of sight,
    and mind;
    Temporarily remaining blind
    to all my obligations
    plaguing me, but still denying,
    my sorry situation.
    You see,
    I’m very good at this,
    and everyone excels in something!
    So,
I wait for what inspires me,
    and what
    the next moment
    will…
    finally…
    bring…

    Eureka!
    I’ve succeeded!!
I’ve found another word that rhymes!
Yet still the clock keeps ticking,
and I’m running out of time…
    And so, I must,
    I’ve got to go,
no longer being able to justify
    this ‘de’il may care’,
    utterly cavalier,
    all-consuming denial!

(I’ve so many other things to do,
yet while reading this, so did you!)

(I bid you fond farewell. Goodbye!)

you are better than this poem, and you know you are, stop procrastinating, analysing, eureeka'ising.

im dissapointed in you, this is by far your worst poem and i demand better from you.

  4. Ha!

its incompatable to other recent ones, completely off track, impersonal and thoroughly out of character. I demand it is removed for fal1's legacy/reputation to remain worthy. its just not good enough

  12. I offer you an invitation,
I hope effective is my power of persuasion...
    Of course, for us,
    it doesn’t take much
to keep us at our computer stations…
    Alas, once more, inevitably,
    I've succumbed to avoiding reality

So do feel free to add some more,
though “real life” knocks at our door!

(And I thank you for participating,
    to keep this 'flaw' perpetuating...)

Of course, you may pick size, colour and font,
and styles galore as is your wont!
    Have some fun, I say;
    For procrastination is the way!
