therapists and SF

Not sure if this is the right place tp post this so by all means move it if need be , but can i ask has anybody told their therapist about SF i was going to mention it at my last session but didnt!! not sure why realy as its a pro life group views appreciated take care all:unsure:

My councillor was okay about it - she's just warned me not to take on too much of other people's problems and let them stress me out. Fat chance of me doing that when I'm so selfish, but there ya go.

My therapist looked at the forum and liked it. She encourages me to continue being here.

This forum was kinda a reason why I ended up in counselling... they think i don't come here anymore. =.=

I don't think they liked it much, which is a pity.

2 members I know have told me their therapists don't like the coming here. I think its because it can cause some people more stress. Also it can be a way of avoiding the therapeutic relationship.
