There is a positive in every negative, think on that and post yours.

I remember in therapy years ago my therapist always reminded me there's a positive in every negative and I was like hmm I don't think so but a decade later I'm sitting here and now I know that is true.

For today my negative is I look back on the past month, when I thought I had paranoia for life, a huge negative feeling I had for years, somehow someway, I have not experienced paranoia since July, it disappeared and I'm still in shock with that. That is a huge step for me. I thought I was screwed honestly but here I am happy and confident, smiling :)

Post yours.

Nice! I have always been assuming I'm unloved because of the stereotypes but when I'm out socialise, the universe says otherwise. Its not quote but we need to live in with the truth. And I also thinks I'm going to have uncontrollable suicidal thoughts but when I accept those, I just let it be and have accept it, not forcing it to disappear. All of the unnecessary overwhelming feelings shall past.
