Lately the only way I have been able to sleep is if I have a few drinks before going to bed. Now, I am working and seeing as I need to drive everyday to get to and from work, drinking is totally out of the question. It's 3:35am and I need to be in work in around 4 hours and I just cannot settle even though my body is tired I am so restless. I have tried reading a book and listening to the radio hoping to fall asleep but I just can't sleep. This is so flipping frustrating. It sucks!!
