:blink: I can't believe this shit. Lack of motivation is killing me. I picked up my guitar-thought it would be fun to play-found it out of tune-tried tuning it only to find that it seemed a worthless endeavor & something I would not accomplish. SHIT. That guitar is like my freind and I've been neglecting it. It used to be so much fun to play-where did the fun go? Same w/ games. Used to be so much fun---used to be?? Now I play for a few minutes then simply drop the controller. It's no fun anymore. Nothing is fun anymore.
I don't even like waking up, all I want to do is sleep. The ONLY thing I enjoy anymore is music-so why can't I play my guitar? There's something wrong here.....:blink:

Oh, dude - fellow gamer? After nine months and no red rings of death, I can't get enough of PGR4 and Burnout Paradise. Damn, those sweet graphics, I never tire of them.

Oh but I'm your friend, and know exactly what you mean. When the black cloud is on you, you may come to know anhedonia--a $10 word meaning an inability to experience pleasure.

I was in the supermarket the other day and spied one of those very hard rubber balls. You know. "Super Balls," we'd call them. Extremely high-bounce. They're dangerous and hard to find in that size any more.

Now... see that used to a real execise activity for me: I developed a sharp eye and considerable skill at throwing those kinds of balls at high speeds using different spins.

I would throw so it first hit the pavement, then the wall--spectacular returns!!

Ah but that was 20 years and 50 pounds ago. :sad: It was really a sad moment, remembering those days and knowing that you can't go back. (I would be completely winded within 10 minutes today.)

Anyway--I'm stealing from your topic, sorry. Yeah, that has depression written all over it. Been there. It truly sucks BIG hairy balls doesn't it? I hope you are able to reclaim the fun days soon, mate.
