Yeah every time I read about sexism and misogyny it kills me because I've experienced that in my own life and some people have it even worse than me. I was like you what's the point but i realize there are good things out there even though we haven't found them yet but if we don't give up we will. I think what helps me is that I've changed my whole career to be a writer where I can give women a voice and you can do the same for the black community maybe not change your career but get involved in Black Lives Matter even if it's just a small thing once a month it'll make you feel good. You have a passion here and that's injustice so use that to get out there and help if you have the energy to do so and you'll probably make friends along the way.
