Hello everyone. I am new and and am excited to see what I can give and recieve from this site.
the reason I am here is because the residual emotions and feelings from my suicide attempt 3 years ago are negativly affecting me and plague my thoughts a lot. I keep thinking about that day, and then i feel extremely vunerable and critical of what I did. I am also experiencing minor suicidal ideation, therefore no intent.
