Hey. get up. one leg at a time. just make it out of bed or a chair or wherever you are. You can do it. You just feel so shitty right now that you feel that you can't. Just Stand Up. Start there.

I know what you mean when you say you are tired. I think the word you are looking for is "bone-weary." I should know because I'm 68 now. But this past December My Ultimate Dream came true so I have to keep on living. This forum kept me alive long enough so that I could make my dream come true. It will do the same for you.
