tired of these walls

    find it harder and harder to leave the flat.it got dark so i went for a short walk to the end of the road.i lit a fag and stood and was looking in at my windows and not out.a small step......

    it's a HUGE step.

    Try to do something like that everyday.

    Every little thing like that that you do is a little step towards beating your depression.

    Hang in there and keep fighting.

    Next step, and it should be baby steps.. try for a trip to the nearest corner shop to buy a paper or a bar of choc. Reward yourself for the success of every venture. You'll get there hun, one step at a time.
