Many of us here find it hard to get things done on time even if it is only simple everyday things.
Write your to do list for the week here and we can encourage each other to get things done.

    1. Exercise 30 mins a day.

    2. Go to slimming class.

    3. Shower daily.

    4. Clean room from top to bottom.

    5. Buy my mother a gift for always being there for me.

    Here's mine:

Continue eating healthy and getting in some exercise each day.
Go to doctor's appointment and keep up with medication.
Get out and enjoy the day instead of just sitting around inside.
Try to enjoy the small things and not stress too much.

Best of luck to everyone with their weekly goals :)

Went to slimming class, was up weight but knew I would be as I wasn't even trying but am back on track now but admittedly I do feel hungry.

    Have kept up the showering.

Did not manage the exercise as I am too weak.

Managed 20 mins of exercise today, it's little but better than nothing. Going to have a quick shower now.

What a wonderful thread! I am bipolar and my condition takes more than meds and talk therapy to deal with. THis week...

The first thing I always do every morning is pet my cats ~ they have a calming effect on me, especially when they purr back at me. (Albert Schweitzer was right ~ There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats!

Clean the cats' litter pan... totally, not just scooping.

I have been learning to play guitar and sing.

Went dancing a few nights ago, and enjoyed listening to the music even when I wasn't dancing. I also dance at home sometimes.

Try to walk a half hour every day. I got my walk in today.

Washed the dishes that had been sitting in the sink since last night... yeah I know gross!

Post in this forum! I just found it yesterday.
