I dont know if i should go to court or not

    Its for driving on grass
And the court date is on my birth day
And just too much stress as is,
Im begging my other judge to drop the charge

This judge im gonna beg to throw the case out

I cant afford this and yes i know its wrong and at the time
I knew it was wrong but these things are not horrible crimes

I cant decide to end all my debt with a very 'simple' answer
or live a life of struggling with bills and court and life and trying to get into the army

It's far worse not to go to court, so please go. Even if you don't feel well, just showing the judge you had the effort to follow through may make him more compassionate towards you. And he just may throw the case out. If not, just ask for some community service.

Just show up and look serious. Judges love that.

    Court stinks, everyone hates it.

You need to show up,because if you don't you will have the law knocking on your door to arrest you.. That would only make your anxiety worst..You will only be in front of the judge for a few minutes.. It's not worth going to jail for..Also if you plan to join the army it doesn't help to have that on your record..
