Today is not Valentines....

    Not for me.

    For me it reminds me of a birthday of an old primary school friend (age 4-11 in england) - who would have been 27 today.

    He himself fell by the wayside against the grain of this very forum just last summer. He was 26 damnit! :(

    Not to mention 3 years prior to that there was another chap of my school year going exactly the same way. Who's name wreath I got a strimmer caught in while working as an agency temp in a cemetery.

    Am I gonna be the next outta this year group?

    I'm sorry for your losses. yes, the holidays seem to always bring those reminders.

    Post a bit here, you may be able to put their lives in perspective.

    Maybe you'll be able to live your own as a tribute to them, Flowers die, but friends are forever.
