    in that split second
    before the train hit
    me I realised that I
    really wanted to live

    one last cry of total
    frustration before the
    horror of decapitation

    my corpse soils the lines
    my head marks the crime

    of an impulsive death
    the wish for no breath
    with my body left behind

    now I am merely
    a ghost on the tracks
    with no way of being
    no way of coming back

    my corpse soils the lines
    my head marks the crime

    when all I ever wanted
    and needed was time

I can't give you "time" but I can give you 'my time' and my friendship. I'll be giving you my time next summer, so watch out for the trains, ok?

    love,

    least xoxoxox

and, as always, it's a remarkable poem!

  4. Praying for time, for you, for me, for all of us - though I can hardly stand what I've been given. Most days it only seems like more torture. It *could* work out, but we're tired... Here's to strength then...
