trouble sleeping

    i really need help with this. i can never fall asleep fast no matter what time i go to bed at. im always laying in bed like an hour at least before i can finally sleep. does anyone have any advice on how to help this?

    have you tried anything yet?
    There are over-the-counter sleep aids.
    Stay off of any caffeine (coffee, soda's etc)
    Try exercising in the evening.
