    I honestly don't know. I just drank a little hoping I could mask how I truly feel and instead its intensified and even given the courage to go through with it... I'm not sure what's going to happen...

    Dude dont do anything...it will pass ...ur feelings are temporary....its hard to get thru all the shit in our lives believe u I know....but theres strenght in numbers and we are all going thru some crazy shit and coming here and knowing that others are going thru similar shit makes it easier some how...don't give up please...pm me if u need to ....

    Hey Josh,
    Sounds like you have some pretty good friends here on the forum!! Don't give in to the thoughts.. They will pass..You have to beleive in yourself.. You might want to give therapy a chance.. They can help you learn to cope with these feelings.. Remember you have to have a thought to have a feeling.. Try to concentrate on positive things that have happened in your life..
