Honestly, i worry sometimes i'm not too far from that stage myself, so you won't get any judgement here either. I completely understand, and it shouldn't be something that anyone should make you feel ashamed for, especially if you need them for medical reasons. Nobody would judge you for needing a pacemaker or breathing apparatus, this is just them being arbitrarily judgemental. *sadhug

I don't judge. All of us could be in your shoes at one point...sorry if/that? it makes you insecure though. *hug

As far as understanding goes. With anxiety, I used to have this irrational fear of peeing myself in public... tbh. It was all I could think about at times when outside, and even got cold fleshes over my thighs from the anxiety, as though I actually am doing the deed.

I don't know if this is appropriate to post here. But, here goes...I have an overactive bladder, and I sometimes wet the bed at night. And I'm 46. I was feeling pretty embarrassed and ashamed.
