    An unsettled night,
    Tick by in distress.

    An unsettled mind,
    That doesn’t care to stop.

    An unsettled soul,
For the loss of its mate.

    An unsettled heart,
For the future that will never be.

    An unsettled body,
    That is continuous and unrelenting.

    An unsettled subconscious,
That all is not well within my being.

    An unsettled life,
I have the power to change.

Thanks all. I think logically we all do have that power, with help of course. Its just so difficult to keep believing when you are continuously hitting your own personal brick walls day after day.
