Any day now it could happen
But who would listen, who would care
I've known the pain of a life wasted
Still I stay already a ghost

    Creeping through everybody else's life
    Trying to hide my shame
Not getting noticed by any who see me
So I can be alone on that rooftop

Screaming my name for any to hear
Expelling my rage in one mighty breath
And when I finish that cigarette
    I can kiss the steel

Saying my goodbye to the only thing that knew
To the only thing that helped
Its vicious edge I've wished to for sleep
    Has finally helped me

Try as I might, couldn't figure out a title for this one
