Being partially Bipolar ( the other is schizophrenic), I have my share of mood swings, some more extreme at times. I am fortunate that I go to group therapy every weekday and I am monitored closely by my psychiatrist, social worker and my group members. With the knowledge and insight I have accumulated, I hope I can shed some light to others who are struggling just like I still do. In my good days, I can be positive and full of inspiration and hope, but on my bad days, I just wish I could die. That's when I try to apply my coping mechanisms I've learned in group and utilize this forum for support and feedback. Hope the best for all of you who have your share of ups and downs.
