    I am desperate to cut my arm, but i'm going to a family party on friday and I don't want anybody to notice. Arrrrrrgh. I just want to get my knife and slash my arms open until the blood pours freely from my arm. I just wanna feel the knife slicing through my arm. Its so difficult trying not to do it when I know it'll make me feel better.

    Beat up some cushions or pillows, or go somewhere and scream till your throat is raw. Cutting only releases the pressure for a short time and then you are back to square one, with a nasty scar to boot. :hug:

    Exercise if you can.

    When I start feeling like shit, I go out and ride until I have sufficiently kicked my own ass or lift weights until I burn and then reach muscular failure. So far it has worked to take my mind off of things every time.
