    It's getting worse.
I need to get under 100lb, but I'm failing. 109, I've put on 3 pounds in a week. Shit.
Getting a treadmill in a few days, should help. Gotta stop eating so much as well. Puking, not my idea of fun. But if need be..
Had to tonight. Ate way too much today. Over 1000 calories.
I've got to lose that weight. It makes me feel sick looking at any type of food. I know that's bad, and technically I should eat. But I look in the mirror and want nothing more than to lose all that fat.

1000 calories is NOT a lot. It is 100's, perhaps a 1000 less calories you need in a day to be healthy. But I'm sure you know that. I actually feel the same as you. I am going through the same hellish cycle, but I don't want to trigger you! I hope you're okay, beautiful

Hun, eating less than 1000 calories a day is extremely bad for your health, you risk losing your hair, aging prematurely and not to mention the lack of vitamins. Do you take vitamin tablets? If you still insist on eating under 1000 per day, you should take vitamin tablets, and proteins and vegetables and small amounts of carbohydrates. That should reduce your risk of illness to some degree.

Hon, you are not alone..I know that will not solve your dilemma or make you feel better about yourself but I just want you to know..

Consuming less than your daily minimum is a method I use regularly but you reach a stage when your body will rebel and start holding on to whatever it gets..It's a natural response to the amount of strain you are putting on it..Purging is not the answer..It will unbalance your electrolytes and put you at real risk of other, more serious problems..Believe me, I know..

I agree with the other posters that you really do need to be supplementing your vit & mineral intake..If not for your health then to allow your body to adapt to your new low weight..I know that I cannot post any pro ana/mia stuff on here but feel free to drop me a message..I am more than happy to take time out to reassure and support a fellow sufferer..

    Stay strong hon..

Thanks for all your replies

Not doing so good at the moment. Finding it really hard to eat, I hate even thinking about food. Getting really obsessed over my weight and it's scary. No energy, I think I might try energy drinks just to keep something down. Maybe I'll be better with liquid than real food... I've taken your advice and started taking vitamins as well.

    to all.

Energy drinks won't do anything all they will do is give you a buzz for a few minutes before your body tries to compensate and you'll crash and become even lower than you were to start off with so it just isn't worth it especially if you're eating less than 1000 calories a day. If you want energy eat foods with protein in them since they take longer to digest so you get more energy for longer. :)
