Waking up feeling sick

For the past week or so I've been waking up feeling like I'm about to throw up a lung and with a pounding headache (I'm not pregnant).

I wonder if my screwed up sleeping pattern could be causing it? I've finished uni for the summer and I'm going to sleep between 3 and 4 in the morning, waking myself up at around noon. It's been rather hot lately.

Because of the time I'm waking up I'm generally not eating more than one meal a day (at around 6pm).

However, this is all normal for me and this hasn't happened before...

Any ideas?

Well I guess you should at least try a different sleeping pattern to make sure that isn't it. Also what you talk about sounds like heatstroke, so make sure you're hydrated. If all else fails, make sure to talk to a doctor or other professional about this, because it might be a lot of things, and maybe its something serious.
Feel better, enjoy the summer.

I've been waking up very anxious and feeling exhausted. Like I hadn't slept at all. My sleep patterns are also out of whack. Do'nt know how to feel more energetic tho.
