For the past week or so I've been waking up feeling like I'm about to throw up a lung and with a pounding headache (I'm not pregnant). I wonder if my screwed up sleeping pattern could be causing it? I've finished uni for the summer and I'm going to sleep between 3 and 4 in the morning, waking myself up at around noon. It's been rather hot lately. Because of the time I'm waking up I'm generally not eating more than one meal a day (at around 6pm). However, this is all normal for me and this hasn't happened before... Any ideas?
