• Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

Why am i depressed more during the weekend?

Is it because i haven't much to occupy my mind, thus giving me more time to think about the past?

More than likely Wag, I find Saturday the hardest..Sunday I am really busy so its never so bad.

I was working at Aintree Races today, so that helped take my mind off things, but now as i sit in front of the computer, it's all coming back.

Ditto here too.. I find that Saturday I spend the day wondering how i'm going to get through the weekend.. then i spend Sunday running around doing the things i wish i had done on Saturday.. and by Sunday evening (now) i find myself wishing that i had more time to relax and make the most out of my weekend :rolleyes:
