    This can be moved if it is not in the right place, I don't know where to put it.

    Starting today I am going to try to lose a stone and a half (21 pounds i think) in 6 months, hopefully more than 21 pounds.

    I am just going to record meals, snacks, beverages, etc so if i've put this in the wrong place sorry and I'm okay with it being moved.

    Tuesday 3rd March, 8:00. Level of activity - Sedentary. Have not eaten in 24 hours. Smoking currently excessive. Water consumption from direct sources: 0 UK gallons. Mood: shit. Gym: Not been in over 2 weeks, will return after Friday 13th March.

    Current calorific intake: 2200+.
    Updated calorific intake from today: 1500-1700.

    I can't be bothered to work out weeks right now I will include in a future post. Conservatively 3500 calories cut in one week. 1 pound a week, I think I have enough time to get this done.

    Tuesday 3rd March (Day 1) Bit of a mess because i tried to eat everything in the fridge, freezer and cupboard that i dont want to eat while doing this in one day.

    Anyway these are going to be quite long, sorry for anyone reading.

    Food

    2 slices of bread - 186
    Ham - 27.25
    pineapple cheese - 33.3
    4 hashbrowns - 250
    3 slices of bacon - 140
    Tomato - 50
    Beans & sausage - 231
    2 Eggs - 124
    Milk - 50
    Oil - 200
    Spices - 30

    Total = 1321.55 kcal

    Drinks

    Tango Orange - 63
    Tango Apple - 33
    750ml water

    Total = 96 kcal

    Total for day = 1418 calories

    Dont know how i managed that with all i ate but okay

    Total = 1635 calories

    I slipped up last night and ordered dominos lol. But i was quite down and wanted to make myself feel better. Will post yesterdays as soon as i find out the nutritional values for it

    I'm here eating a bunch of grapes! I do not know if I will make it to diet class tomorrow, my friend can't go which means I'd have to get an early bus and spend about 4 hours in the city, I might just leave it for this week. We all slip up my friend, it's just a bump in the road, you're trying your best and that is all that counts.

    Thursday 5th and Friday 6th March (3 & 4)

    I decided to include the days together as i ate the same food (dominos) over the two days and didn't sleep.

    im going to estimate drinks at 300 to bring it nicely to 4000 calories, so 2000 for each day, plus a whole load of fat, carbs, salt and sugar but it was tasty :lol: minor bump in the road.

    Well, I may as well carry this on instead of starting a new thread. I start eating healthy again today. I'm going to start with some porridge. Mum bought some but she doesn't like it so I'll have it, make way for the human dustbin.

    Good luck cicada, you can do this :hugs: I know there are times when you just wanna reach for some chocolate, crisps, soda but you must find the willpower to say no, good luck :)

    WELL, I've been eating pretty badly for 17 days :eek: What can I say? I love food :rolleyes:

    160 - Cashew nuts (28g or 10 cashews or 1oz)

    1800 - Im going to be conservative and guess 1800. Probably a little less.

    I dont know how to measure calories in pasta just by looking, I will search it later, but i had a lot. 2200-2400.

    I have been eating healthy over the last couple of weeks and wish to record what I am eating again. I will start from yesterday (Friday 9th October), as I am too lazy to write out for days before that. A day consists of the time I wake up, until the time I sleep. If for example it is 00:30 on saturday 10th oct, I will count that in fridays food and drink.

    Friday 9th October - 1710 Calories

    Food

    700 - Chicken Quarter Pounder x2
    480 - Seeded Burger Bun x2
    200 - Salad and Light Mayo x2
    050 - Broccoli and White Cabbage
    050 - Sweet Chilli Sauce
    124 - Walkers Ready Salted (124 is just a guess, I can't remember the calories in a bag)

    Total Food - 1604

    Drink

    096 - Fanta (330ml)
    010 - Energy drink (250ml)

    Total Drink - 106
