I'm thankful for my Mom because I don't want to let her down.
My Dad because I don't want to let him down.
The fact that I am sensitive to other people.
That fact that I'm not in jail.:unsure:
The fact that I don't have nightmares.

I got this idea from "The Secret" dvd. "the attitude of graditude" they call it. Hopefully this can help. It's a good dvd watch it...it's based on the book.

it was so hard to come up what i was greatful for....i can't be greatful for shit i had my whole life like food or a house...i know i should but i can't imagine not having those things...i have to read my list everyday hopefully my mood changes...

I am grateful for my father; even though we row and get pissed with each other I know he loves me and I love him.
I am grateful for knowing my step-mum and having her in my life before she passed away.
I am grateful for my privacy. Tis important to me, I like to be left alone at times.
I am grateful for my dog. He always manages to make me smile. Shame he is sleeping right now could do with something to make me smile. :dry:
