I need to finish my diazepam taper and finally get off the stuff. I need to stop eating absolute rubbish (mainly sugar but also potato chips and fries). I've lost 10 pounds in the last year but it can go back on too easily. I need to improve my sleep. I need to keep up my exercise but not push it too much (and need to add some weights and core to the running!). I need to find a better balance between work and life, I've had a crazy 12 months with nearly losing my house and stressful cat adventures, along with a very high workload, and it needs to be less intense if I want to keep working and maintain my financial position, especially as retirement is a distant dream! Gosh, a lot to work on there. Also less screen time, I seem to be searching for random information all the time instead of getting into flow states, which make me feel calmer.

I hope the pain & infection go away very soon witty. I know what that’s like, I had an infected wisdom tooth years ago. It was horrible.
Sending lots of healthy thoughts (& please take extra vitamin C).

Thank you, it's really a horrible feeling. The swelling is still bad but pain is very minimal today. Hopefully I can afford the dental care I need so this won't become an issue again.

I need to start eating a healthier diet. I used to eat healthy food. Now I mainly eat take out and junk food. Some days I am so depressed I barley eat, because it seems like too much effort.

Start and keep up with more upper body and core muscle building exercises. I do bicep curls with 5 lb weights and am up to 100 reps with them. I do 2 lower body strength exercises every morning and I do a 30 minute cardiorespiratory workout on the stationary bike every evening that boosts my heartbeat up to about 110. I added each of those routines to my repertoire one at a time so that it's a regular, habitual practice. So next, I should add just one new exercise for now......something simple like pushups. My shoulder injury is mostly healed now so what am I waiting for?
Diet? I think it's pretty darn healthy but I've added more protein.....chicken breasts alternating with sardines in olive oil.

Gaining aerobic endurance.
Gaining muscle.
Finishing a half.
Maintaining weight (I tend to be too slim).
Emotional stability over the long term.
Work more on gaining aerobic endurance.
Re-start a moderate strength workout. Keep up the core work.
Progressed from a 5k to 10k training schedule, & I finished a 10k. Keep working harder, while not getting injured.
Keep weight where its at. Continue to eat helathy.
Emotional stability over the long term, including courage to go back and ask for help, with the intention of finding a solution.
