What Are Your Self Care Goals?

My self care goals are to
- stop puking up all my food I eat (I’m diagnosed as a purging anorexic) and instead try keep some food down.

- try shower every 2 days.

-brush my teeth multiple times a day (otherwise breath stinks from all the puking)

- wash my make up off every night before bed..

And to try get out the house atleast for a hour everyday..

noice!

mine is to continuously sleep early, get up early, eat cleanly, exercise more and be productive everyday. I like to give myself surprises when I’m in the mood sometimes, but when there’s no mood I like to practice relaxation, not get addicted to negative thinking and just continue to learn how to socialise real life. ~ been practicing this for 2 months. the challenging one is to stabilise my breathing.

- Prepare to do list for the next day.
- Then dinner and meds.
- Shower and pray.
- Self-Aromatherapy message.
- Sleep.

I'll try...

My Self Care Goals:
  • Take a shower at least 1c a week (you don't want to know...)
  • Brush teeth every day
  • Remember to take meds every day
  • Either go out, or exercise at least 1c a week
  • Get out of bed at least 30 minutes after you wake up
I know this is a poor list, but I don't want to type something I know for sure I'll fail to follow...also, typing this makes me feel sh**ty, lol. But eh...I'll get over it... *Slob alert*.

My self care has gone out the window the last couple of weeks but I want to get it back on track now that I am mentally in a better place, plan to have a nice soak in the bath later, do oral hygiene, I have cleaned up around me and doing other things that need doing.

Self-Care Goals

1.) Eat 3 Meals EVERY day
2.) Meditate
3.) Exercise
4,) Learn

I have realized that the way I am probably going to make the most progress, is through focusing on 1-4 key areas at a time, and taking baby steps to build consistency that will eventually create momentum and turn into a healthy habit.

This is easier said than done, but in my experience, I’ve learned that I have the ability to achieve when take I things one minute at a time. I get distracted easily, so it’s often hard for me to focus on what I’m trying to accomplish, which is so frustrating, and a trigger for my anxiety, depression and suicide. This happens way more often than I would like.

I have been through the cycle of attempting self-care for years, and I seem to always go back to destruction. I’m really hoping that I can learn to care for myself better, and enjoy being who I am enough to not want to give up my myself through death.

Shave face at least twice a week. I have grown many zz top beards just from losing track of time never intended to.

I have all the razor’s and such but I have to shower first then shave with cold water or else it hurts the skin.

I’ve been showering but not enough.

My finger and toe nails are short and clean now. When homeless that was hard to do and important.

My hair I cut myself and always have.

But I hate shaving way more than having a beard but I look better beardless and it’s better for my skin.

One thing I’m getting better at but need to do more is I have a trimmer for all those wolfman hair spots like inside and outside of ears and nose, I don’t do that often enough. And my eyebrows are wacky I need to edge them back.

Stuff like that I keep putting it off I don’t know why tomorrow I’ll do it all.

Make my bed every morning (or afternoon).
Edit. For the next week.
Maybe also perhaps, no, not committing myself. Okay, for tonight I'll try and brush my teeth.

Wish I would eat better *sigh*
I really have no appetite for food and feels more difficult thinking how much effort my mom puts in cooking. And then again, people calling me skinny or a stick makes me feel horrible but I can't help disliking food.
